Many jeweller chains offer a repair service.
Your item is sent off to a repair centre and within a couple of weeks comes back.
Not exactly personal service........

Our repair centre for jewellery, trophies, ornaments etc is on site.
Our staff are trained experienced craftsmen.
Our service is swift, personal and often costs the same or even less than the
'nationwide chain' jeweller stores.

Of course some items, like watches our Citizen, Swatch or Royal London range need to go back to the factory to be made waterproof again.
Again however as authorised local stockists its direct from us and we control the process.
